On Mediumadvice.com, there are no consultants better than others, only consultants meeting the different needs of our clients! You can choose your ideal consultant by following several criteria:

  • Their specialties: the areas in which their gifts manifest themselves most clearly. They are available on the home page of the site and on the page of each indicator.
  • Their gifts: the clairvoyance discipline to which the consultant belongs. They are visible on everyone's profile.
  • Their availability, visible on the photo: green light? The consultant is available! Grey means they are busy, red means they are offline and will respond to you when they are online again.

For any request concerning the operation of the site or problem encountered with it: payment, connection to your account, etc. You can reach us via the form available on the “Contact” page or by email at debra@mediumadvice.com. Be careful, the help desk does not make predictions! Please contact a consultant for all your clairvoyance questions.

Your opinion matters to us and allows us to improve every day. If you have encountered a technical problem on the site during your consultation, contact our support department. If the consultant has not lived up to your expectations, you can leave a testimonial on their page at any time.

We strive to select expert consultants, with recognised gifts and seasoned professionalism. The majority of them work at our site full time. A paid consultant is a guarantee of quality, both for customers and for us, since it ensures the valuation of the work of our consultants, as well as the proper functioning of the site.

Please note that you must have an account on Mediumadvice.com in order to contact a consultant. If you haven't already, nothing could be simpler! Go to "Register" at the top right of the page and create your account in a few seconds. Then select the consultant who best suits you either by browsing the list of consultants available, or by searching by specialty. You can choose the mode of communication you prefer: chat or email. Click, and start your consultation right away!

Go to the "Inbox" tab to find the history of your chats and emails received.

You can ask any questions you want! Clairvoyance has no barrier. However, in order to maximize your chances of obtaining a clear and clear answer, we invite you to choose a consultant whose specialty relates to the subject of your question (love, mourning, personal development, self-confidence, etc.). You can also send a photo to complement your message to enrich the perception of your consultant.

You can customize your choice of notifications by going to “My Account” → “Email Notifications”. You just need to check or uncheck the types of messages you want to receive.

In a chat, the consultant responds to you live. You can ask any questions you want, only time (depending on your credits) is your limit. By email, you choose to ask 1, 3 or 5 questions and you get an answer within 48 hours maximum. You will receive a notification when your email notification is available.

Go to the "My credits" tab (once logged in) to view your credits and the various offers we offer. You can also access payment through your account → "Buy credits" or directly on the indicator light page if you do not have enough.

It is entirely up to you and your situation! A consultation can last 10 minutes or two hours, depending on your needs! Please note that a minimum of 10 credits is required.

For a credit pack, the cost depends on the type of pack you buy: the more credits it has, the lower the price per credit! For an email consultation, the cost will depend on the number of questions you wish to ask.

Unfortunately, it is always possible that a problem occurs during a payment. If this is the case and the money has been debited from your account, we invite you to contact the support service with your proof of purchase to identify the cause of the problem.

When you are logged into your account, your credit balance is permanently visible at the top right of the screen next to your username. You can also find it in “My account”.

When you register, we offer you free credits. With those credits you can enjoy the first minutes of a consultation with the medium of your choice for free! However, please note that those credits can only be used in one chat, one time. If you leave the chat before the credits are fully used, any remaining (free) credits will be lost.

By clicking on your username at the top right, you access your personal space. Here you can change your preferences, profile information, add a photo, change your password and notification preferences, and view your credit balance. To change your name, date of birth, or email address, please contact support.

You can change it by going to “My Account” → “Change Password”. If you have forgotten your password, you can click “forgot password” on the login page or contact us so that we can reset it for you.

You can deactivate your account by going to your personal space and clicking at the bottom on “Delete my account”. Be careful, this will result in the loss of your remaining credits as well as your conversation history.

No, access to the services of Mediumadvice.com is not authorised for anyone under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old.

It costs you nothing. The merchant does not charge any fees. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. Your card issuer, however, may add a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the merchant's, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.
